Oxford Policy Management wanted some support in developing their change communications plan and narrative. We worked with the Communications Team and Operations Executive to provide coaching and input into the plan, facilitating sessions on organisational messaging and framing and core narratives. We then supported the process of creating a definitive set of staff communications protocols for different communication moments.
