Reviewing Made-By Tools
Made-By wanted to review their publicly available sustainability tools with a view to ensure the tools fully meet stakeholder needs. We engaged with Made-By’s key external stakeholders to assess the usability and appeal of the tools and to explore desired improvements. An online usability interview with key contacts ensured that we measured response to and engagement with the features of each tool for spontaneous insight. We wrapped up the project with recommended directions for their portfolio.
