Development Initiatives [Organisational Development]

Development Initiatives has the ambition to broaden its reach and develop a strong global brand.  They asked Ethicore to work with their Senior Management Team as it embarked on a process of strategy and organisational development, where we:

  • Delivered Leadership Team workshops to develop the DI strategy and theory of change.
  • Designed and moderated an internal consultation process, with one-to-one sessions for staff.
  • Co-designed and facilitated a staff conference to listen, share and energise.
