Ethicore was asked by the C&A Foundation and Evidence Aid to develop a 5-year Business Plan for Evidence Aid, the evidence champion for the humanitarian sector. We developed insights on the market, engaged stakeholders, and refocused the theory of change for Evidence Aid. This formed a robust basis for our business development planning, with phased growth to 2020, new governance structure and associated marketing plans. The business plan is now approved and has unlocked further funding to grow Evidence Aid and build capacity of the team. We continue to support the strategic delivery of Evidence Aid’s business plan, including fundraising, marketing, organizational development and communications.
