Habitat for Humanity GB (HFHGB) strategic plan to 2025 aims to support the transformation of shelter globally. Ethicore was brought in to develop this strategy with a sustainable, high impact business plan. We worked closely with key stakeholders and conducted a robust situation analysis, explored alternative routes to impact, and developed an adaptive strategy for this period of uncertainty. The Habitat leadership are dynamic and since the strategy was approved, we have supported them to reshape the organisation to succeed.
