Green Alliance needed a new position to reflect their influential role in shaping a sustainable economy, and to inspire staff internally. We worked closely with the Leadership team and trustees through a series of workshops and stakeholder interviews to explore a redefined positioning of the organisation which indicated a shift from delivery to impact.
