Care International have a successful programme of institutional partnerships but were keen to take it further, by understanding current global performance and capabilities and future trends, including emerging risks and opportunities. Ethicore were engaged to work across the Care International confederation to strengthen their approach to institutional partnerships globally. We:
- Analysed their internal data, mapped their current institutional fundraising landscape and explored external trends.
- Developed insight from in-depth stakeholder interviews with internal leaders and experts and external funders and thought leaders.
- Engaged leaders in a series of highly participatory webinars to share insights, co-create directions and develop ownership of the approach.
- Developed an action plan and support for a community of practice, along with strategic recommendations to stretch and challenge the organisation to work in different ways to meet challenges of a new global landscape.
