WaterAid Corporate Engagement Insight

WaterAid asked Ethicore to help them  understand their corporate stakeholders better to enable them to design more strategic and responsive  partnerships.  We designed an intensive process to generate real insight into corporate’s needs and drivers, where we:

• Ran internal staff engagement and insight sessions across a diverse group of internal stakeholders to understand internal drivers and barriers to corporate engagement;
• Conducted in-depth telephone interviews with senior representatives of corporates;
• Distilled the findings into an insight pack with needs based statements to be used in strategy development and innovation;
• Delivered a workshop for WaterAid’s Strategic Partnerships team to focused on actionable insight.

WaterAid works with its partners to bring water and sanitation to the world’s poorest communities.  You can read about their work here.
