Doda is a cultural manager and researcher who has worked for private and non-profit organisations. She has research experiences in the fields of cultural policy, arts and cultural mediation, and media representation, focusing particularly on the Middle East.
She has worked as project manager and facilitator for humanitarian, educational, and arts projects in Poland and Lebanon, and is passionate about cross-cultural communication and cultural theory.

Doda holds a BA in Cultural Studies and Sociology from the University of Lucerne, and a MA in Cultural Management from Northumbria University. She is fluent in English, German, and Polish.
In her downtime, she enjoys exploring the woods, museums or libraries, and befriending cats.
