Orchid Project is an immensely influential organisation which aims to end FGC in a generation. Excited by their ambition, we wanted to help them develop their strategy and operational plan for the next phase of organisational development. We worked with Orchid’s Board and Leadership team to develop a compelling and differentiated strategic direction, running Board and team sessions to streamline and phase key initiatives and agree strategic goals. From visioning to detailed KPI and resource planning, we have worked hand in hand with Orchid to develop a truly global and sustainable offer.
