Ethicore was commissioned to explore the role of consumers in influencing companies to improve the conditions for workers in their supply chains. Here’s what we did:

- Desk research of ethical trade and consumers
- Concept development for new initiatives such as Ethical Trade Awards
- Consumer testing
- Strategic recommendations for the ETI board.
